I live in Alaska which is like duh...totally majority native. Well, my husband bought this property in 1978 and literally built this house around him. Anyway, I moved in Sept 1998. About 3 years ago we started noticing things "missing". We (ok "I") have specific places where I keep specific things and these "things" would not be where we put them. Now...keep in mind there are no children in this house. Also, my In-Laws have a scheduled "reunion" every year...usually out of the country and for the last 4 years I haven't been able to go due to work. When my husband leaves EVERYTHING goes wrong...silly stuff like all of the electric will go out on one wall of the house, usually the wall that houses the entertainment center...the sound is on but no picture. I have called in electricians while he is gone and they don't have a clue! One particular thing is that we have the entertainment center on the south wall and just to the right of it is sliding glass doors that lead out to the totally glass enclosed back deck that houses the hottub. Many Many times I am sitting watching tv at night and I see a shadow pass behind me through peripheral vision in the sliding glass door. Always makes me jump but then I turn around and noone is there. I have 2 McKenzie River Huskies and they bark and growl all the time...mostly growl which is more disturbing. Back to the missing "items"...it might be a week or months but that particular item we always find right back where it's supposed to be...after we have purchased a replacement, of course. This seems to happen alot with the dog's brush...hmmm. LOL Anyway, we obviously live amongst Athabascan ghost(s)..totally harmless I am really not "scared" just unnerved...can't say as much for the dogs! LOL Live and let live...or should I say live and let die? Hubby is out in the woods as we speak hunting moose...I ain't askeert!!!! LOL
