~My Leprecaun Story~


ok first off i'd like to say that lol I'm not nuts because when I told my hubby about this story he looked at me like I had 4 heads LOL . But it's true it happened and it's real! I know how it's sounds too . I have talked with many people from Ireland about my story and they are the only ones who seem to believe this kind of experience ,But here goes, I was 11 years old and my mother worked her butt off constantly so she was not able to know about what I was about to do and she was also not home when I did this either so she had NO idea to what I was about to do.It was only me and my sister home at the time and she was like 4 years old at the time and sleeping so she didn't know either what I had done..Being a child I just had this idea to boil a potato for a Leprecaun (sounds silly huh ? well it's gets better .. Kinda like you would leave cookies out for Santa .Well anyways, After I boiled the potato I put the boiled potato inside this old looking entertainment center (IN MY BEDROOM)the e/c had doors on it and I had shout the doors on the e/c and went to sleep .Well in the morning when I woke up I got ready for school and thought "Oh I almost forgot " I opened the entertainment center and I'm not kidding you to my surprize the potato was gone and thier was a 1 dollar bill sitting right were the potato had been I was freakin out .I was like NO WAY this can't be real but It was ! I put the dollar in my pocket and brought it to school with me . Of course telling everyone my story and I looked down and started examing this dollar and it had little green prints or something that looked like little green dots all over it on it now i'm really like "oh my" and I showed it to some of my friends also ..I don't know what ever happened to that dollar but wish i did still have it now......Hope you enjoyed my story and I swear this happened I know I'm saying that a lot but it is really hard to think of it as a reality to this coming day but something took my dollar and grabbed that potato and left a dollar there with little green prints all over it. It's so surreal that's what makes it so hard to swallow for some . Faerie dust is sprinkled On the winds of the mind By leprechauns so wrinkled And small they're so hard to find - But be there they surely are And some of them be very old And they'll come from near and far To prevent you getting their pot of gold - But should you ever catch a leprechaun Hold him very tight and do not let hm go Beware for he'll try to give you some con Hold'em til you get a wish or some dough - So my friends come this St Pat's day Be on the watch for the little green men Hide a baked potato some place they say An when he tries to steal it grab him then
